Receta Southern Country Gravy

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Onions, diced
- 3/4 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Oil (use the oil from frying the tofu)
- 1/4 c. Breading mix left over from the main recipe, or possibly unbleached flour
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Yeast, smoked
- 5 tsp Vogue Vegy Base
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 1 c. ,water
Direcciones
- Saute/fry the onions and garlic in the oil for 4 to 5 min. Stir in the breading mix, yeast, soup base, salt and pepper and cook 3 to 4 min longer.
- Add in half of the water, whisking it into the onion and flour mix. When it thickens, add in the remaining water, whisking to a light consistency.
