Ingredientes
- 6 x Pork chops, thick, centercut
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 med Onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. Uncooked rice
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (28-ounce) tomatoes
Direcciones
- Brown chops in oil. Place in baking dish and cover with onion. Sprinkle rice over chops; add in salt and pepper. Cover with tomatoes and bake, covered, at 300 for 2 hrs.
