Receta Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredientes
- 1 x Onion, peeled and grated
- 2 sm Carrots, peeled and grated
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 400 gm Chopped beef, (13oz)
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Â Â Freshly grnd blackpepper
- 1 x 400 g can peeled minced tomatoes
- 100 ml Tap water, (3 1/2 floz)
- 400 gm Dry spaghetti, (13oz)
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a saucepan, add in the onion and carrots and fry for 3 min.
- Add in the mince meat and fry further while stirring for 4 min till meat has turned brown in colour.
- Stir in the oregano, salt and pepper.
- Open the can of tomatoes and add in it to the saucepan with the water.
- Cover and put the saucepan on medium heat till the sauce boils. Then turn the heat down a little and simmer for 8 min.
- Cook the spaghetti in a big saucepan following the instruction on the packet.
- When cooked, drain off all the water by carefully pouring the spaghetti into a colander over the sink.
- Serve the cooked spaghetti with the bolognese sauce.
- NOTES : A delicious and traditional bolognese sauce which all children love.
