Receta Spaghetti Crust Pie

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce. cooked spaghetti
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1 onion
- 10-14 ounce. spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Mix warm, cooked spaghetti with butter, Large eggs and Parmesan cheese. Pour into a greased 9 or possibly 10 inch pie pan. Press into pan to create a crust, building up sides. Spread cottage cheese over the spaghetti crust. Cook grnd beef and onion over medium heat. Drain. Add in spaghetti sauce. Spread sauce mix over cottage cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Sprinkle pie proportionately with grated cheese. Bake about 5 min more till cheese is melted. Let stand about 5 min before serving.
