Ingredients: 1/2 c. Garlic, diced; 1 c. Oil; 4 x Green peppers, minced; 5 lrg Onions, diced; 8 quart Tomatoes, peeled, diced; 4 Tbsp. Pickling salt; 2 Tbsp. Grnd mustard; 1 Tbsp. Sugar; 1 c. Vinegar; 2 Tbsp. Paprika; 3 Tbsp. Oregano; 3 x Bay leaves; 1 Tbsp. Cumin; 3 x Jalapeno peppers, minced; 4 lrg cans Tomato paste

Ingredientes

1/2 c. Garlic, diced
1 c. Oil
4 x Green peppers, minced
5 lrg Onions, diced
8 quart Tomatoes, peeled, diced
4 Tbsp. Pickling salt
2 Tbsp. Grnd mustard
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 c. Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Paprika
3 Tbsp. Oregano
3 x Bay leaves
1 Tbsp. Cumin
3 x Jalapeno peppers, minced
4 lrg cans Tomato paste

Direcciones

In large pot, simmer garlic and oil till tender. Add in the rest of ingredients, except for the tomato paste, heat to boiling. Simmer 35-40 min. Add in tomato paste, stir well, heat to back to boiling. Pack in warm, sterile jars and seal.
