  • 1 lb beef, cut up
  • 1 x juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 x bay leaves
  • 4 x garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 lb chicken, cut up
  • 1 1/2 lb Italian meatballs
  • 1 Tbsp. basil
  • 16 ounce tomato paste
  • 1 lb pork, cut up
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 c. parsley, minced
  • 1 x 28 oz can Italian tomatoes
  • 1 x onion

Direcciones

  1. 1. Brown the meat pcs in warm fat with the sliced onion and garlic.
  2. 2. Add in the strained tomatoes and paste. Stir in the seasoning and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
  3. 3. Add in the lemon juice to taste.
  4. 4. Cook the spaghetti.
  5. 5. Heat the meat balls.
  6. 6. Slice the meat, that you have removed from the sauce and then combine sauce, meat and meat balls. Serve.
  7. 7. This recipe freezes well.
