Receta Spaghetti With Meat Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1Â 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 1/2 c. Onion,finely minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic,finely minced
- 3 can Tomato sauce(8oz)
- 1 can Mushroom stems/pcs(4oz)
- 1/2 c. Green pepper,finely minced
- 1/4 c. Snipped parsley
- 2Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Grnd pepper
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Dry basil leaves
- 1/8 tsp Grnd oregano
- 1 c. Dry red wine
- 1 pkt Spaghetti(16oz)
- Â Â Grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Heat oil in Dutch oven. Cook and stir beef, onion and garlic in warm oil till beef is light brown; drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, mushrooms
- (with liquid), green pepper, parsley, salt, pepper, sugar, basil and oregano. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 hour.
- Stir in wine. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 min. Uncover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 min longer. While sauce is simmering, cook spaghetti as directed on package; drain but don't rinse.
- Pour meat sauce over warm spaghetti. Servewith cheese.
