Receta Special Citrus Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 can (11 ounce.) mandarin oranges
- 1/4 c. Chopped parsley
- 3 Tbsp. French or possibly Italian salad dressing
- 1 tsp Dry basil
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 pch Dry tarragon
- Â Â Leaf lettuce, optional
- 1/2 x Grapefruit, peeled, sectioned
- 1/2 sm Cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 sm Redonion, sliced
- 1 sm Tomato, sliced
Direcciones
- Drain juice from oranges into a small bowl; set oranges aside. To the juice, add in the parsley, salad dressing, basil, lemon juice, brown sugar, pepper and tarragon; mix well. Line individual salad plates with lettuce if you like; arrange oranges, grapefruit, cucumber, onion and tomato on lettuce. Serve with dressing.
- Yield 2 servings.
