  • 1/2 lb Ziti, uncooked
  • 1/2 c. Onion, red, sliced
  • 1/4 c. ,Water
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 x Chicken breast, boneless, skinned & cut into strips
  • 1/2 tsp Chicken instant bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp Tarragon leaves
  • 1 c. Broccoli florets, fresh
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan, grated
  • 1 c. Carrot curls

Direcciones

  1. Prepare ziti according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, heat oil. Add in chicken, broccoli, carrot and onion; cook and stir over medium heat till broccoli is tender crisp. Add in water, salt, bouillon and tarragon; cook and stir till chicken is cooked through. Add in ziti and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat. Heat through. Serve immediately.
