  • 1 can (14.5 o) pineapple chunks, liquid removed, save the juice
  • 1 can (13.5 ounce) mandarin orange sections
  • 3 med Apples, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 c. Raisins or possibly currants
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 can Frzn tangerine juice *
  • 1/3 c. Minute tapioca
  • 3 x Bananas, sliced

  3. This is a "keeper" for next year's holiday season. It'd also make a great dessert, even though we ate it as a side dish.
  4. Simmer apple slices in tangerine and pineapple juices till tender. Add in raisins and spices. Stir in tapioca and stir till thickened. Add in oranges, pineapple and banana slices, pout into a 13" x 9" baking dish and garnish with orange slices, if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 - 10 min till glazed.
