Receta Spicy Chick Peas And Spinach

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 x Carrots, sliced thin
- 1 c. Bouillon
- 1/2 tsp Harissa
- 1 lb Chick peas, cooked or possibly 3
- Â Â Cans, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. Fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 lb Fresh spinach, rinsed and
- Â Â Torn in pcs
- Â Â Cooked brown rice or possibly
Direcciones
- Bring the onion, garlic, carrots, bouillon and harissa to a boil in a large pot and simmer till the vegetables are softened, about 20 min. Add in the chick peas, cilantro and spinach and simmer till the spinach is wilted.
- Serve over brown rice or possibly couscous. Each diner can stir in a little more harissa to suit his or possibly her own taste.
- 4 to 6 servings.
