  1. Combine wine, lime juice, sugar, garlic salt, chilies and black pepper; mix well. Marinate chicken in mix 1 hour. Stir-fry chicken in oil in nonstick wok or possibly skillet till barely cooked. Add in vegetables and stir-fry till crisp-tender. Add in grapes and stir-fry till thoroughly heated. Serve on cooked rice.
  2. Makes 4 servings.
