Receta Spicy Deviled Eggs

Ingredientes
- 6 hard-boiled lg. large eggs
- 1 green onion, minced fine
- 1 T low cal mayonnaise
- 1 T chopped parsley
- 8 sprigs parsley
- 2 sweet gherkin pickles, minced fine
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon or possibly spicy brown mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon lite salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Direcciones
- Peel large eggs and halve them lengthwise. Then place 1 egg yolk in a small bowl; throw away the remaining yolks. With a fork, mash the yolk, then add in 4 of the egg white halves and mash well. Fold in green onion, mayonnaise, parsley, pickles, mustard, salt and pepper.Pile the mix into the remaining egg white halves. Garnish each half with a sprig of parsley. Cover loosely and chill till ready to serve. Makes 8 stuffed halves.
