Receta Spicy Grilled Kabobs

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- Â Â (or possibly 2 tspn dry thyme)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
- Â Â (or possibly 2 tspn dry oregano)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped rosemary
- Â Â (or possibly 2 tspn dry rosemary)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/4 tsp grnd red pepper - (to 1/2)
- 2 x sirloin steaks - (1 1/2 lbs ea) cut 1" cubes
- Â Â Fresh oregano sprigs for garnish
Direcciones
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; crush mix with the back of a spoon, and place in heavy-duty zip-top bag.
- Add in steak cubes; seal and shake to coat. Thread steak onto skewers; cover and refrigerateup to 2 hrs.
- Grill, without lid, over medium-high heat 5 min on each side. Garnish with oregano sprig if you like.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
