  1. Stir red pepper and oils over med. heat for 2 min. Add in honey, soy sauce and salt. Stir to combine and set aside. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water for 9 min. Drain and combine with soy sauce mix. Cover and chill for 4 hrs or possibly overnite. When ready to serve, add in minced cilantro, peanuts and green onions to noodles.
  2. Toss together. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and whole cilantro leaves.
