Receta Spinach And Bacon Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lb fresh baby spinach leaves gently washed and patted dry
- 1/3 c. lean cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 x hard boiled Large eggs, diced
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Place spinach in a large serving bowl and sprinkle with bacon pcs and diced Large eggs. Combine remaining ingredients and shake well. Just before serving pour over salad and toss.
- Chefs Notes: Use low fat turkey bacon.
