  1. Preparation: Chop the onion. Halve the mooli lengthways and slice into semi circles
  2. 1. Preheat the oven to 200c/400f/gas 6. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion and mooli together for 5 min till softened.

  4. Add in seasoning to taste and simmer for 5 min.
