Receta Spinach And Bean Gratin

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Sunflower oil
- 1 x Onion
- 225 gm Mooli or possibly radish
- 400 gm Minced tomatoes
- 400 gm Cannellini beans
- Â Â Seasoning
- 225 gm Frzn spinach
- 1 tsp Grnd cuumin
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh minced thyme
- 100 gm Breadcrumbs
Direcciones
- Preparation: Chop the onion. Halve the mooli lengthways and slice into semi circles
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200c/400f/gas 6. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion and mooli together for 5 min till softened.
- 2. Add in the tomatoes, cannellini beans, spinach, cumin, and thyme.
- Add in seasoning to taste and simmer for 5 min.
- 3. Transfer the mix to an ovenproof casserole dish, top with breadcrumbs and bake for 25 min till golden brown.
