Receta Spinach Red Pepper Feta Quiche

Ingredientes
- 1 x Unbaked
- Â Â Already -- or possibly homebaked
- 1/3 c. Sliced red bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 c. Packed fresh spinach leaves
- Â Â (5 ounce.) -- trimmed/washed
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1/3 c. Heavy cream or possibly lowfat milk --
- Â Â Half/half works well
- 1/3 c. Crumbled feta cheese
- Â Â Pastry crust:Pillsbury
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Place dough in quiche dish or possibly tart pan and bake just till pale golden brown and set(about 7 minutes.) While shell is baking, in a large skillet saute/fry bell pepper in oil over moderately high heat, stirring, 1 minute. Add in spinach and saute/fry, stirring till wilted and tender, about 1 minute. Remove skillet from heat and season spinach mix with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, whisk together Large eggs and cream. Sprinkle feta over bottom of shell and arrange spinach mix on top. Pour cream mix over spinach and bake quiche on a baking sheet in middle of oven 15 min.
- Reduce temperature to 350 and bake till set, about 10 min.
