Receta Spinach Soup

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 1 x clove chopped garlic
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 x (46 ounce.) can chicken broth
- 1/2 c. acini pepe pasta, uncooked....(Ronzoni brand has the recipe on the box)
- 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 x (10 ounce.) pkg frzn spinach
- Â Â Grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Cook and stir onion and garlic in warm butter til tender but not brown. Add in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add in pasta, nutmeg, and pepper; simmer about 5 minutes. Add in minced spinach and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt if you like. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
- Makes 6 1/2 c. or possibly 8servings.
