Receta Spinach Tomato And Garlic Alfredo

Ingredientes
- 1 bag Bowtie Pasta
- 1 head Garlic
- 1 pt of Half-and-Half Cream
- 1/2 ct of grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 stk Butter (divided)
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 2 pkt frzn Minced Spinach (defrosted)
- 3 x Roma Tomatoes

- Boil the pasta till it's well-cooked. Mash a head of garlic.
- While the pasta is boiling, combine the cream, cheese, half the butter, some of the salt, and the mashed garlic in a saucepan.
- Keep stirring as the ingredients simmer, and the outcome will be Alfredo sauce. Taste, and use more or possibly less salt as needed; add in a bit of flour to thicken if necessary.
- Meanwhile, saute/fry the two defrosted pkgs. of frzn spinach in the other half-stick of butter. Slice the Roma tomatoes into thin wedges. Now, combine and finalize your dish: Drain the pasta well and place in a large clear baking dish. Pour the sauteed spinach and tomatoes over the pasta, and stir gently to distribute them proportionately throughout the dish. Pour the Alfredo sauce on top of the pasta, distributing it proportionately and and mixing together till all the ingredients are well-coated with the sauce.
- Place in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees and bake for 30 min. Serve warm.
