Receta Spoon Corn Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 slightly beaten large eggs
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream style corn
- 1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. (4 ounce) shredded Swiss cheese
Direcciones
- Put together large eggs, muffin mix, cream style and whole kernel corn, lowfat sour cream and butter. Spread in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Sprinkle on cheese; bake 10-15 min more or possibly till knife comes out clean. Serves 8.
