- 1/4 c. Soy Sauce
- 1/4 c. Dry White Wine
- 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Onion Pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Grnd Ginger
Direcciones
- Use this marinade recipe and place birds in cold brine for 6 hrs. Rinse and dry on paper towels for 1 hour. Smoke with choice of wood, hickory, etc., for 2 to 4 hrs.
- WARNING: Bird is not cooked after smoking. Bird will require cooking before eating.
