Ingredientes

10 lb Ham
2 can Beer
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2/3 c. Dark brown sugar
1 sm Can frzn orange juice,
Â Â Concentrate
1 tsp Grnd cloves
Â Â Whole cloves, opt

Direcciones

Mix beer, mustard, sugar, OJ and grnd cloves. Bring to a boil. Put ham in baking pan, score into diamonds, stud with whole cloves if using. Pour sauce over ham. Place in 325 oven and bake for 10 min per lb.. During last 40 min, baste every 10 min.
