- 8 c. Russet POTATOES
- 1/2 c. HEAVY CREAM
- 8 Tbsp. BUTTER
- 1 Tbsp. SALT
- 1 Tbsp. SUGAR -- (about)
- 3Â 1/2 c. FLOUR

- *-But don't mix flour into above mix till right before you do final mix to began frying the lefse-see below) Rice POTATOES while warm. Add in CREAM, melted BUTTER, SALT, and SUGAR. Cold to room temperature. Refrig overnight/ Add in 1 C.* Flour to 1/2 the Potato mix Knead together well.
- After rolling/baking 1st half, Do the same to the saved 2nd half of the potato mix Add in 1* C. of the FLOUR to it Use remaining* FLOUR for rolling lefse. Do not use too much FLOUR for rolling. Roll mix into thin pcs Bake on Lefse Grill - Spread with BUTTER...YIPEE!
