Receta Steak Alla Salmoriglio

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Delmonico steaks
- 4 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley
- 2 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- Â Â Salt/pepper
- Â Â Garlic pwdr
- Â Â Warm Italian Bread
Direcciones
- Combine water, garlic cloves, parsley, 1/4 t oregano, salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil in a small sauce pan. Boil for 5 min and set aside.
- Season steaks with salt, pepper, garlic pwdr, and 1/4 t oregano. place steaks in grooved broiler pan to catch drippings. Broil 3-4 min on each side for medium-rare, longer if desired your steak less rare. Serve steak in a deep dish with drippings. Pour Salmoriglio sauce over steak. Serve warm with lots of crusty bread.
