- 1 bn Ung Choi in 4 inch lengths
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 100 ml Chicken stock
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry Ung Choi for 30 seconds. Add in the stock and stir, add in the sauce and sugar and leave to cook over a high heat for 2 min. Serve.
