Receta Homemade Heath Bars

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 c. Butter (no substitute)
- 6 tsp Water
- 1 pkt (2-ounce) sliced almonds
- 1 pkt (6-ounce) chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Combine sugar, butter and water in a large saucepan. Heat slowly and stir frequently. When sugar is melted, raise temperature to medium and cook to hard crack stage. Stir in almonds. Pour onto buttered 12x18 cookie sheet.
- Let this cold. Heat chocolate chips over low heat and spread over candy.
- Let chocolate set. Break into bite-sized pcs. Store in tightly covered container.
- Yield: 25 pcs.
