Ingredientes
- 600 gm lean beef strips
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp grated green ginger
- 2 clv garlic
- 1 x carrot, thinly sliced
- 1/2 x green capsicum, thinly sliced
- 2 sm sticks celery, thinly sliced
- 2 x shallots, minced
- 200 gm snow peas
- 1/2 c. Oyster Sauce
- 100 gm button mushrooms, sliced (optional)
Direcciones
- Heat half oil in frypan or possibly wok, stir-fry beef strips, garlic & ginger 3 mins. Remove. Heat remaining oil. Stir-fry vegetables 2 mins. Return beef strips etc. Stir in Oyster Sauce. Heat through 2-3 mins.
