Receta Strawberry Daiquiri Ice

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Fresh strawberries --
- Â Â Sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Light rum
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Lime juice

- 1. If using fresh strawberries, spread in one layer on a baking sheet and freeze, uncovered, till frzn solid.
- 2. Place frzn berries and remaining ingredients in a food processor or possibly blender. Process till smooth. If your machine struggles to process the fruit, let fruit stand 10 to 15 min at room temperature to thaw slightly.
- 3. Serve immediately or possibly store in freezer till 5 to 15 min before serving, then place in refrigerator or possibly on counter to soften sufficient which it can be scooped.
- * Timesaver Tip: Recipe can be prepared up to 2 days ahead and stored in freezer. The rum lowers the freezing point of the ice, that helps it maintain a smooth texture.
