Receta Strawberry Peach Pie

Ingredientes
- 2 x 9 inch pie shell
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp salt filling
- 4 c. peaches sliced fresh (3-4)
- 2 c. strawberries sliced fresh
- 2 tsp lemon juice topping
- Â Â lowfat milk
- 2 tsp sugar
Direcciones
- 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a large bowl. Add in peaches and strawberries. Drizzle with lemon juice. Toss to coat fruit with sugar mix.
- 3. Spoon into pastry-lined 9-inch pie plate. Add in top crust.
- 4. Brush top crust with lowfat milk. Sprinkle with sugar.
- 5. Cover edge with foil. Bake at 375 for 30 min. Remove foil. Bake 30 to 40 min or possibly till crust is light golden. Cold till barely hot or possibly to room temperature before serving.
