Ingredientes
- 3 c. Strawberries
- 1 c. Frzn cherries
- 4 c. Frzn strawberry juice
- Â Â Diluted
- 2 Tbsp. Clover honey
- 1/2 c. Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 c. Sweet white wine
- 1/2 c. Light cream
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. Cool water
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Mix cornstarch in 2 Tb cool water. Simmer strawberry juice, honey, lime juice and white wine till mix thickens. Stir occasionally as it is cooling. Put strawberries and cream with chilled mix and blend till smooth. Strain through a strainer. Fold in thawed cherries. Add in a dollop of lowfat sour cream to each serving.
