Receta Strawberry Yogurt Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 225 gm 8 ounce strawberries
- 75 gm 3 ounce sugar.
- 450 gm Or possibly 16 ounce low fat natural yogurt
- 1 x Egg white (optional).
Direcciones
- Puree the strawberries and sugar, then sieve if preferred. Mix with the yogurt. Freeze in an ice cream maker for 20 min.
- Alternatively, place the mix in a freezer till just beginning to freeze around the edges. Whisk the egg white and fold into the part frzn mix. Return the ice cream to the freezer till frzn.
