- dash of celery salt
- 1 cup (8oz, 240ml) chicken stock
- 1 cup (8oz, 240ml) white wine
- 2 tbs cornstarch dissolved in 3 tbs chicken stock
- Stuffing:
- 4 slices white bread, dried, torn into small pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 2oz (60gr) sausage
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 egg
