Ingredientes
- 16 dates
- 16 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese
- 6 tablespoons of espresso coffee
- 1/4 cup of crushed almonds

- Cut dates in half, take out nuts in center. In bowl blend in coffee to mascarpone. Fill each date with about 1 tablespoon of mascarpone mix, top with crushed almonds. Refrigerate till ready to serve.
