Receta Stuffed Pea Pods

Ingredientes
- 48 x Pea pods
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 4 ounce Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- In a small saucepan bring water to boiling. Add in pea pods and cook 1 minute.
- Drain well and plunge into ice water. Drain well.
- Cut seam on side of pea pod forming a pocket. Set aside.
- In a small mixer bowl combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and pepper. Beat until smooth.
- Pipe cheese into the pocket of each pod. Serve
