  1. In a small saucepan bring water to boiling. Add in pea pods and cook 1 minute.
  2. Drain well and plunge into ice water. Drain well.
  3. Cut seam on side of pea pod forming a pocket. Set aside.
  4. In a small mixer bowl combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and pepper. Beat until smooth.
  5. Pipe cheese into the pocket of each pod. Serve
