- 2 1/2 cups frozen corn
- 1 cup chicken stock or broth
- 1 cup cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
- 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
- 1 stick butter
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh sage
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
