Receta Sugar Free Cinnamon Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 5 tsp Granulated sugar replacement
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1Â 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Sp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Sp salt
Direcciones
- 1 Beat Large eggs and water till light and fluffy. Beat in sugar replacement and grnd cinnamon. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in sifter; sift half of the dry ingredients over egg mix. Fold to completely blend. Repeat with remaining dry ingredients.
- 2 Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, 2 to 3 inches apart.
- Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 to 12 min.
- Makes 20 cookies
