Receta Summer Fruit Dip, Spread Or Salad Dressing

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Softened cream cheese
- 1/2 c. Finely minced pineapple
- 1/2 c. Shredded coconut
- 1/4 c. Minced macadamia nuts, (substitute can be walnuts)
- 1/4 c. Diced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly and serve as suggested above. If you choose to serve with apple slices or possibly wedges, be sure to dip cut apples in lemon juice to keep white and preserve freshness.
- Makes 2cups of spread, dip or possibly dressing.
- NOTES : An exciting recipe idea to serve with or possibly over cut fresh fruit or possibly as a dip with sliced fresh fruit such as apple slices and apple wedges. also wonderful on date nut bread or possibly other dark breads.
