Receta Summer Salmon Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 450 gm Salmon strips
- 1/2 x Cucumber, unpeeled and cut into thin strips
- 30 gm Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Sunflower oil
- 4 fl ounce white wine
- 6 Tbsp. Double cream
- 2 Tbsp. Green peppercorns
- Â Â Chives
- Â Â Seasoning
Direcciones
- Cut the salmon into strips. Heat the butter with oil in a wok. Add in the cucumber and stir fry for 1-2 min. Add in the salmon and stir fry for a further 2-3 min. Add in wine and stir fry till wine evaporates off.
- Lower heat add in double cream, green peppercorns and seasoning. Cook gently.
- Garnish with snipped chives. Serve with egg noodles or possibly a good green salad and crusty bread rolls.
