- 1/2 c. amaranth flour or possibly wheat bran
- 2 Tbsp. sun dry tomatoes
- 1/4 c. grated asiago cheese
- 1 tsp dry basil (optional)
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp yeast
