Ingredientes
- 3 pkt (8oz ea) lobster
- Â Â Tails
- 1Â 1/2 lb White raw boneless turkey ( Cut into 1" cubes)
- 2 x Green peppers, cut in 1"
- Â Â Squares
- 24 whl mushrooms
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) tomato soup
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Vinegar
- 1 sm Grated onion
- 1 x Mashed garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
Direcciones
- Cut lobster tail, while frzn, into 3 pcs, shell & all. Thread lobster & turkey pcs, green peppers & mushrooms on skewers.
- Combine remaining ingredients; place skewers in shallow pan & brush heavily with sauce; let stand 1 hour. Place kabobs 6" about grey coals; broil 5-6 min on each side, brushing occasionally with sauce till brown & crusty.
