  •     Four 10-inch skewers
  • 4 x Beef tenderloin fillets, (6 ounces each), each cut into 4 pcs
  • 4 x Lobster tails, (5 ounces each), removed from the shell and each cut into 3 pcs
  • 1/2 c. Butter, melted (1 stick)

Direcciones

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 min. Preheat the grill to high heat. Alternately thread 4 pcs of tenderloin and 3 pcs of lobster onto each skewer. Grill for 5 to 6 min per side, or possibly till the lobster is cooked through and the tenderloin is cooked to desired doneness. Serve with melted butter for dipping.
  2. NOTE: Season the cooked tenderloin with salt and pepper, if you like.
