Ingredientes
- 2 ounce Butter
- 2 lrg Red cabbages cored and shredded
- 2 Tbsp. Black treacle
- 1 x Onion - grated
- 2 x Apples - peeled, cored and sliced (2 To 3)
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 4 fl ounce Red wine vinegar
- Â Â Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Heat the butter in a large heavy casserole. Throw in cabbage, add in the black treacle and cook over a low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in the onion; apples and lemon juice; wine and salt and pepper. Simmer gently for three hrs, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning.
