Ingredientes
- 4 lrg Ripe or possibly semi-ripe peaches pitted and thinly sliced
- 1 x Red bell pepper cut in thin strips
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. Lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
- 1 Tbsp. Molasses
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh red or possibly green chile pepper your choice
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh parsley
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste

- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. This relish will keep, covered and refrigerated, for about 4 days.
