Receta Sweet And Sour Onion Relish

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lrg Onions (Vidalia Or possibly Walla Walla), Halved And Sliced
- 2Â 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 lrg Clove Of Garlic, Chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary, Minced
- 1/4 c. Distilled White Vinegar
- Â Â Salt And Pepper To Taste

- In a 112-inch skillet (not nonstick), heat oil over medium heat. Add in onions and sugar. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, till onions are soft and mst of their liquid has e aporated, 10 or possibly 20 min. Uncover and cook, stirring, till onions turn deep golden brown, 10-20 min more. (Add in 1-2 Tbsp. water if onions stat to scorch.) Add in garlic and rosemary: cook, stirring, untl fragrant, about 3 min. Season with salt, pepper and more vinegar if you like. Will keep in refrigerator for 3 days.
