- 8 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1 pch Salt -- to taste
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 2 x Fluid ounces white vinegar
- 2 x Fluid ounces extra virgin olive oil --
- 100 x % Extra Virgin
- 3 x Green Anaheim chili peppers
- Â Â sl Thin,few seeds
- 3 x Red Anaheim chili peppers --
- Â Â sl Thin,few seeds
- 1 head frisee lettuce

- Combine all the ingredients and allow them to set at room temperature for one hour before using.
