Receta Sweet Fried Bannanas

Ingredientes
- 4 x Bananas Large
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Grated orange peel
- 3 ounce Rum
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- Egg white (beaten stiff)
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil (for frying)
Direcciones
- Cut bananas into halves lengthwise. sprinkle with sugar, lemon juice, orange peel, and Rum. Let stand for 2 hrs. Make a batter of flour, water, and 1 Tbsp. oil, mixing well, and blend in stiff egg white.
- Drain bananas, dip into batter and fry in warm extra virgin olive oil till just golden brown in color. Sprinkle with sugar and serve warm.
