Receta Swordfish With Ground Mustard Sauce
Ingredientes
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 sm. clove garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 2 tbsp. Polchards (better) or possibly Pommery stone grnd mustard
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream">cream or possibly light cream">cream
- Salt & white pepper
- 2 swordfish steaks
- Fresh parsley
Direcciones
- 1. Saute/fry chopped shallot and garlic in butter.
- 2. Add in mustard; fold in heavy cream and bring to boil, adding salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 10 to 15 min.
- 3. Meanwhile, grill or possibly broil lightly buttered fish. When fish is nearly done, top with sauce, reduce heat and cook 5 min more. Serve garnished with fresh parsley. Serves 4.
