- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. whole cranberry sauce
- 1 c. nuts, minced
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients together. Add in remaining ingredients, except nuts. Mix only to moisten. Mix in nuts.Bake in greased loaf pan (9 x 5-inch) for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
