  1. In a medium bowl, combine the grnd beef with the flour, chili pwdr, salt, chopped onion, paprika, onion pwdr, and garlic pwdr. Use your hands to thoroughly mix the ingredients into the grnd beef.
  2. Add in the seasoned beef mix to the water in a skillet over medium heat. Mix well with a wooden spoon or possibly spatula, and break up the meat as it cooks. Heat for 5 to 6 min, or possibly till browned. The finished product should be very smooth, somewhat pasty, with no large chunks of beef remaining.
  3. Heat up the taco shells in a 375 degree oven for about 5 min.
  4. Build each taco by spooning 2 to 3 Tbsp. of the meat into a hot shell. Spread some of the shredded lettuce over the meat and then sprinkle some cheese over the top. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
  5. This recipe yields 12 tacos.
